Record

AudioSoft’s AudioPC product records data from a wide range of sources including digital/analogue telephony, Dealer Boards, IP interfaces, fax and CCTV. All can be synchronously recorded in a single system. Support for all major PBX and IP switches is provided whilst a fully documented Application Programmers Interface (API) ensures ease of integration with third party systems. In close cooperation with the relevant authorities, special design consideration has been given to resilience and security with various levels of system redundancy, secure algorithms to guarantee data integrity, administration of user access rights and audit trails to provide a tamperproof record of access. The result is that AudioSoft recorders are evidentially proven. The recorded data can be stored locally on fault tolerant RAID solutions, archived to removable media and/or stored centrally on network-attached storage (NAS) devices. AudioSoft’s mission-critical heart beat health monitoring technology, alarming and built-in-test (BIT) facilities, allow AudioPC to be left unmanned with alarms delivered automatically to the designated supervisor/maintenance personnel.

Analyse

AudioSoft’s Medirva product includes best-in-class audio analytic tools to allow rapid identification of important business information that may be buried within thousands of hours of recordings. By using our unique algorithm to determine whether automatic or manual techniques will provide the best results, Medirva provides a real benefit to supervisors and analysts. Data can be rapidly located based upon business criteria such as Account/Policy/Trading ID, either at the recorder or on a LAN connected multi-media PC. Data can be marked with comments, exported to WAV file format and examples of good and bad transactions locked for training purposes. With the facility to select from speech detection, key word spotting, speaker independent speech to text, speaker ID, language ID and language translation, supervisors can rapidly get vital information at critical times.

Visualise

AudioSoft offer a range of graphical and visual display options that allow users to quickly understand relationships between the recorded data. From timeline graphical displays of recording activity to integrated map displays with GPS data, our solutions allow our customers to better understand and act upon the recorded data through the use of visualisation. This approach significantly reduces the cost and time taken to analyse recordings.
