Reliability and integrity: AudioSoft’s priority is to ensure the reliability and integrity of our supplied recording solutions, 24 hours per day, 365 days a year. AudioSoft pride ourselves on providing high levels of customer satisfaction.

Personal solution: Our own fully trained Engineers and Technicians provide support for thousands of systems. Whether your requirement is for rapid response to site or for remote support through dial-ins, AudioSoft have a solution. Working with our in country partners we are able to extend these programs to our overseas customers.

Knowledgeable engineers: Our support service is not subcontracted and all our support calls are taken by our knowledgeable Engineers and recorded and logged into our tracking tool and assigned a unique identifier. With three levels of escalation our Operations Director is able to monitor and review the progress on all the support issues.

Consistent quality: We continually monitor the quality of our support service through Help Desk performance assessment of recorded calls, independent customer feedback service, and internal performance metrics. The Board of Directors reviews these performance metrics monthly and we seek to raise the bar continually on support performance.

Rapid response: Service and support is available through hotline telephone contact and via e-mail. Our engineers are normally able to evaluate and resolve any problems through remote diagnostic dial in software within a few minutes.
